Marbral Advisory is delighted to welcome three new change professionals to its team. Their recent appointments are in response to Marbral’s growing presence in other offshore jurisdictions and an increased demand for change services, locally.
Marbral Advisory was founded by experienced change management professional Alexsis Wintour and well-known business leader and entrepreneur, Martin Bralsford, who now acts as Non-Executive Director. The company delivers a range of services and support to organisations and individuals to deliver effective change within the Finance, Legal, Utilities, Logistics, Telecommunications and Government sectors.
Chazha Hick joins Marbral as a Change Architect from the Care Quality Commission in London. She has nearly 9 years of post-MSc experience working internationally in strategic, project coordination and change management roles. In recent years, she has developed a career with a focus on the public sector and healthcare, while also continuing to draw on the experience she has previously gained in other sectors including, financial services. Chazha will continue to support our clients in Jersey in delivering their change projects successfully.
Oliver Hill returns to Marbral Advisory following a brief internship with us in the Summer as Graduate Consultant. Ollie, as he likes to be known, recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Consulting from Warwick Business School and has a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Economics from Newcastle University. Prior to Oliver’s work placement with Marbral, he completed an intern placement at an investment management company, and a three-month work placement in Pune, India for the Reserve Bank of India, as a research analyst.
Natalie McMullen joins us from Willis Towers Watson's Hong Kong office as Talent Acquisitions Manager. While the markets in Hong Kong are very different to those Jersey, Natalie will bring her global experience in talent to support Marbral’s growth in Jersey and further afield. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Elian, within their recruitment team, so offers a wealth of experience in talent acquisition.
“2018 will be a year of exploration for Marbral. We are excited to begin our journey outside of the Channel Islands and our latest recruits bring a wealth of international experience to our team”, explained Leonie McCrann, Principal. “We believe that Chazha, Natalie and Ollie will help us achieve this success with their unique talents, skills and experience”.
