How we manage your data
Your personal data will be processed on an applicant tracking system called Bullhorn, which allows us to keep track of all the applications we make on your behalf and the progress you make within that application. This will include interview dates and times, the interviewers, the location of the interview and how the interview will be conducted e.g. face to face, video link, telephone. You will remain on the system until you have been placed into a new role, at which point your status will change from active to dormant. You will remain in the dormant status until you contact us again to help you find a new role, or you request for your information to be deleted/updated. Data will be stored for a maximum of 2 years, unless you are “active” e.g. looking for a new role.
In addition, we may also send your information to one or more of our clients who are advertising jobs that match your requirements, so that they can assess your suitability for the role. We will only do this after we have discussed the role with you and both parties agree that you are a good match for the advertised position. Marbral Advisory will convert your CV into our own template, removing your personal address, contact information, age, date of birth, marital status etc, and will only submit your work history, professional qualifications and training relevant to the role you are applying for.
If you are successfully appointed into a position that Marbral Advisory identified you for, you will be asked to complete pre-screening. This maybe either by our 3rd party provider, cValuate, or by a client’s preferred pre-screening provider, where additional consent will be required to be able to complete the pre-screening.
