Head of Client and Product Development
About the role
This hybrid role is a special one and is at the very heart and soul of Marbral’s business. You will be responsible for continuing to raise awareness of Marbral’s brand and offerings and securing new business in their chosen markets. You will be hyper connected and keen to spread the word of Marbral’s ‘marbralous’ work as we continue to grow both locally and internationally.
As you will be predominantly responsible for business development, you will be a consummate proposal writer and creator, with a creative eye for delivering engaging communications to different audiences.Working closely with our practitioners, you will play a key role in our product development and enhancing our service offering, keeping up to date with our client needs and new technologies to deliver new product lines.

Project manage from inception (idea) to implementation, campaign activity that generates high-value propositions for our most strategically important and highest value clients and product | service offerings.
Developing winning themes, writing documentation, supporting presentation preparation, working with creative design and project managing the proposal process.
Manage all elements of the product launch process, including value proposition articulation, development and execution of go-to-market plans and internal organisational readiness including inputs, timelines and key deliverables from cross-functional partners, managing multiple launches at the same time.
Develop new and innovative products with our change practitioners based on market insight.
Play a proactive role in driving the pursuit process and developing strategic and tactical proposals, timelines and procedures to win new business.
Responsible for warm lead generation and follow up.
Work with the Principal team to develop sales and partner training and any additional materials and information necessary to aid the Principal team in effectively selling new products to prospective and existing clients.
Develop sales scripts to tell the story and help people buy from Marbral.
Create high-quality proposals, presentations and other client meeting documentation.
Edit and proof all communication to ensure it remains on message and on brand for maximum consistency.
Monitor the progress of all pursuit activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Monitor and analyse the impact of business/financial news on targets.
Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members.
Maintain a calendar of future launches, communicating and educating launch process out to the operational stakeholders.
Lead capture management, including opt-ins, lead magnets, sales pipeline management.
Term sheet development for pricing and agreeing terms with clients.
Create measurement benchmarks – including budgeting costs per lead.
Assist in the attainment of product revenue growth and attachment during the initial post-launch period through the development and implementation of new product marketing programs.
Develop commercial product development proposals with clear alignment to the overall growth strategy of the business. Forecasting, investigating and confirming the costs associated with the product development and market positioning.
Engage with and manage third-party suppliers to provide core elements of product development, design, marketing, sales as required, to support speed to market propositions.
Experience in developing products from inception through to launch.
Strong networking skills and utilising that network to continue to grow the Marbral brand
Experience in utilising a number of social media platforms
An understanding of Project Management and Change Management practices – maybe even qualified by a well-known project or change management accreditation
Experience marketing or developing a brand in Malta and/or Portugal would be advantageous.
Highly driven self-starter, motivated, with excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities at any given time.
Ability to work independently and productively in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Ability to adapt well to new technologies and use current software packages for online sales and product launches as well as effective social media management.
Keen interest/ insight in emerging and offshore markets.
