Whether you need support with delivering the technical side of change, organisation change, managing individual change, or maximising your use of the digital space, we are here to support you.

A number of the sessions are run publicly, although all can be delivered to your team as part of a bespoke service.

Positioned at a team member level, Marbral offers a one and a half hour session aimed at anyone in need of support through change. The session aims to minimise negative outcomes, by discussing the typical change transition process, and proactively planning strategies for creating a greater sense of control in a changing environment.

Effective management and leadership are fundamental to the success of any organisation.  Yet, many managers have never received any formal management training. Are you one of those managers?

The Foundation in Management course is aimed at for those who are new to or have limited experience of managing others. This programme will provide the fundamental skills and behaviours required to manage in the 21 Century.

Ideal for: Anyone who is new to or has limited experience of managing others.

COACHING OTHERS THROUGH CHANGE -
2 HOURS

If you lead a team of people, you will understand that enabling change in others is a skill. The good news is that this is a skill that can be taught! Marbral offers a two-hour session aimed at anyone who wishes to proactively manage individual and team change.

Ideal for: Anyone leading a team or supporting someone through change.
 


LEADING CHANGE FROM THE FRONT - 2 HOURS

Active and visible sponsorship are cited as the key elements of successful change delivery. Therefore, Heading 3if you are leading a change project or responsible for its delivery, it's vital you are aware of the components of effective change leadership. If your role as change sponsor is in addition to your day job, then this session is a must.

Ideal for: Senior business leaders and change sponsors.

Organisational change skills

WHY IS CHANGE SO CHALLENGING? - 1 HOUR

Change might be rainbows and unicorns for some people. But for many, it can be a scary concept and one to avoid. 'Why is change so challenging?' is a short, fun session that will explain why change goes off track, takes longer than anticipated to deliver or even what causes it to fail altogether.

Ideal for: Anyone who is supporting a team through change.
 

BUILDING A CHANGE NETWORK - 3.5 HOURS

In a world of constant change, organisations need to find ways to transition quickly, with minimum disruption and continue to operate business as usual. Developing a network of skilled 'change agents', who are experts in their field, but also equipped with change management tools and techniques, is the ideal way to achieve this otherwise tricky balance.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN 12 HOURS - 2 DAYS |

By examining everyday projects, you will understand the key theory and practice behind successful Project Management. The course runs in conjunction with the Project Management Cookbook to guide you from the basics, right through to taking on more complex project challenges.

The course can be delivered in two-days or scheduled into six, two-hour sessions.

Ideal for: Anyone who is new to projects, or have had limited training in project management.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS IN 12 HOURS - 2 DAYS |
6 X 2 HOUR SESSIONS

Designed for those who are relatively new to business analysis who wish to understand more about the processes and techniques used for business analysis. 

The course can be delivered in two-days or scheduled into six, two-hour sessions.

Ideal for: Anyone relatively new to business analysis. Also useful for experienced project managers, or business change managers.

TESTING SKILLS - VARIOUS

Marbral offers a range of short courses, programmes and workshops in testing.

Courses include an introduction into user acceptance testing, which can be delivered as a half-day session to raise overall awareness of UAT and the activities it includes. This course can also be run as a two-day course.

In addition, we offer a number of two-day courses in non-functional testing, test strategy and planning and a risk-based testing workshop.

change management for project managers -
2.5 hours

The change management for project managers workshop provides information, techniques and advice for project managers. 

Change management requires carefully planned communication and teamwork between the technical experts, the project management team, functional business experts, executive management and end-user.

Successful implementation of change is dependent on the commitment of each of these groups to identify and communicate what is changing, when it is changing and why it is changing.

Ideal for:  Anyone managing a project who is looking to improve the way they communicate and encourage change in others.

LEAN SIX SIGMA (IASSC ACCREDITED)- VARIOUS

The Channel Islands' only dedicated centre for the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) accredited Lean Six Sigma training.

We offer accelerated Lean Six Sigma training in Yellow, Green and Black Belt level qualifications.

Delegates will receive training in a centrally located venue in St Helier, Jersey. All our trainers are are all Black Belt certified and offer practical experience in apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to a range of different industries.
