About the role

As a Change Architect (Business Analyst) on a Fixed-Term Contract, you’ll help our clients improve processes, systems, and ways of working. You’ll dig deep into business needs, analyse data, and turn insights into practical solutions that deliver real results.

Key requirements & responsibilities

·       Experience in business analysis and business change roles as well as management of complex commercial and stakeholder relationships.

·       Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced, large enterprise scale environment and thrive on delivering results against agreed timescales.

·       Responsible for determining operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats and making improvement recommendations

·       Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications and requirements with the aim of improving processes and services

·       Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Use analysis, experience and judgement to mediate between project team members to identify the best and most suitable solution to issues which impact delivery of the required objectives.

·       Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications and future requirements

·       Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends

·       Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research

·       Build relationships with senior stakeholders, working collaboratively with business, operational and finance teams to ensure they have confidence in the projects outcomes

·       Provide leadership in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management.

·       Document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan

About you

You’re experienced, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring at least 5 years’ experience in business analysis and change delivery, ideally across both public and private sectors.

You’ll also have:

·       A relevant degree (or equivalent).

·       Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.

·       A formal Business Analysis qualification (e.g., BCS Practitioner/Professional/Advanced Diploma).

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

·       Confidence working independently and collaboratively.

Bonus points for:

·       Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Experience with Microsoft Project.

·       Agile / Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist)

·       Project Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)

·       Digital Transformation Experience (working with cloud platforms, automation tools)

·       Data Analytics & Visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)

·       SQL and Database Knowledge (for data-driven projects)

·       Experience with API Integration and system interoperability

·       Knowledge of Digital Platforms (e.g., CRM systems, ERP solutions)

·       Cybersecurity Awareness (especially for projects involving sensitive data)

·       Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci)
