About the role
As a consultant Project Manager on a Fixed-Term Contract, you’ll manage small to medium-sized change projects and work as part of established project teams. You’ll use your experience to coordinate activities, support stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
Key requirements & responsibilities
· Manage delivery of small to medium-sized change projects within agreed scope, time, and budget.
· Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and resolve issues.
· Provide clear status updates on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
· Implement change processes and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
· Champion best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
Established, demonstrable experience in project teams and business change roles. Able to design, lead, and implement change management strategies for small to medium-sized change projects.
You’ll also have:
· A relevant degree (or equivalent).
· APM PMQ or equivalent Project Management certification, ideally with Agile expertise.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
· Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
Bonus points for:
· Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
· Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe).
· Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
· Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management).
